Flood / Humidity / Temperature Sensor for LoRaWAN
The Flood Sensor detects the presence of water on its sensor pins and sends an alarm message wirelessly when triggered. In addition, the device will regularly report the ambient temperature and humidity and send an alarm when the readings exceed thresholds that can be set for both humidity and temperature. The device itself is designed to sit on the floor, where 3 brass telescopic pins can detect water on both hard floors (tiles) and soft carpets. The unit comes with a mounting bracket. It can be screwed or taped to the wall or floor. When the main sensor is in the bracket, a super-flat sensor pad con-nected by wire to the bracket is used to detect water. When an alarm is active, the unit emits a sound and a red LED flash. The unit is powered by an internal CR123 battery that lasts approximately 10 years in normal operation. The device is controlled via LoRaWAN commands and operates as a LoRaWAN Class A device. The use of the device requires LoRaWAN network coverage. Otherwise, you need to install and operate your own LoRaWAN gateway. If you like to operate the device directy from a Aqua-Scope Monitor AQSWIE02, please use FLOLWE02.

TIP
LoRain - complete kit
This rain sensor measures the amount of rain at its location in milliliters using a tipping bucket mechanism and transmits the quantity within a 15-minute interval with an accuracy of 0.5 mm of water column, along with the temperature. In the case of heavy rain exceeding 15 l/h, a heavy rain alarm is triggered promptly. Both the heavy rain threshold and the measurement interval are configurable. The device is entirely open-source, and both hardware and firmware can be downloaded from https://github.com/aqua-scope/lorain. The product is delivered as a kit with a pre-assembled circuit board and casing. Only the connections to the battery compartment, the antenna, and the reed sensor for rain detection need to be soldered. The device is controlled via LoRaWAN commands and operates as a LoRaWAN Class A device. The use of the device requires LoRaWAN network coverage. Otherwise, you need to install and operate your own LoRaWAN gateway. The sensor is powered by two AAA batteries. The provided VARTA batteries allow for an approximate runtime of about 2 years. A low battery level is reported wirelessly, allowing for battery replacement before the device shuts down.

Retrofit-Motor for Ball Valves for LoRaWAN
This motor converts existing and installed ball valves into intelligent water control devices. Thanks to the innovative clamp mechanism, it can be installed on shut-off valves with a pipe diameter between 0.5 and 1.5 inches within minutes, without the need for additional tools, and can be removed just as easily. A patented coupling mechanism allows for torques of up to 8 Nm, enabling it to function even with rusty and old valves. The servo motor is waterproof and can be used in damp, dirty, and outdoor environments. In the open position, the motor automatically performs valve training once a week (closing/opening by 1/8 turn to remove dirt and scale). The device is also capable of measuring the rotation angle and detecting the end positions of the lever. It approaches the end positions slowly to avoid friction and unnecessary mechanical stress. It is powered by an external 12V power supply through a waterproof coupling. A wired leakage sensor can be directly connected to the device. If this sensor detects water, the valve is shut off. The device is controlled via local buttons and remotely using LoRaWAN commands and it operates as a LoRaWAN Class C device. The use of the device requires LoRaWAN network coverage. Otherwise, you need to install and operate your own LoRaWAN gateway. For direct coupling to an Aqua-Scope Monitor AQSWIE02 please use BVSLWE02. Please refer to the Installation Requirements for the retofittable motor.

Retrofit-Motor for Gate Valves for LoRaWAN
The motor drive for angle seat valves (KFR valves) allows for the retrofitting of existing and already installed shut-off valves into remotely controlled intelligent devices without interrupting the water supply or cutting into the water pipe. The motor is powered by a 12V power supply and is completely water and dirt-resistant up to the power supply. Various adapter rings and a sophisticated connection system enable the use of the motor on all modern angle seat valves from DN15 to DN32. Thanks to an additional water sensor that is directly connected to the device, the motor can be used for leak protection without further configuration. The servo motor is waterproof and can be used in damp, dirty, and outdoor environments. In the open state, the motor automatically conducts valve training once a week (closing/opening by 1/8 turn to remove dirt and scale). 'KFR' refers to the German term for the typical valve: Kombiniertes Freistromventil mit Rückflussverhinderer".

Water Leckage Sensor for LoRaWAN
The Aqua-Scope water monitor detects water consumption and leaks by analyzing pressure waves in the water supply. It continuously records the temperature, water consumption, and water pressure. When leaks are detected or when pressure or temperature thresholds are exceeded or not reached, the user is alerted wirelessly. An additional wired flood sensor can be connected directly to the device, triggering an alarm when water is detected. The device consists of two parts: Main Unit (Monitor): Detects water consumption and leaks by analyzing pressure waves; Records temperature, water consumption, and water pressure continuously; Wireless alerts for detected leaks or when pressure or temperature thresholds are exceeded or not reached; Option to connect an additional wired flood sensor directly to the device. External Sensor Head: Connected to the water pipe, installed somewhere in the building at a 1/8-inch inspection opening, or with a provided T-piece under any sink at the angle valve. Thanks to the excellent sound characteristics of water, a single sensor somewhere in the house is sufficient to detect water consumption and leaks throughout the entire building. The device is controlled via LoRaWAN commands and operates as a LoRaWAN Class A/C device. The use of the device requires LoRaWAN network coverage. Otherwise, you need to install and operate your own LoRaWAN gateway. The device can be powered either by an external power supply with a USB-C adapter or by an optional internal ER26500 battery (Bobbin Cell C). Both the sensor head (IP67) and the main housing (IP65) are waterproof, allowing them to be used outdoors or in particularly damp and/or dirty environments.

Water Pressure Sensor for LoRaWAN
The Aqua-Scope pressure sensor records the water pressure in the drinking water distribution or in the hot water heating system. The device consists of two parts: The main housing for signal processing and wireless communication with a battery compartment. The external sensor head, which is connected to the water pipe. The stainless steel sensor head features a silicon sensor suspended in silicone oil for highly accurate and low-noise pressure measurements. The pressure measurement range is between 1 to 10 bar. The sensor head is installed somewhere in the building at a 1/8-inch inspection opening or with a provided T-piece under any sink at the angle valve. The sensor can send an alarm message when predefined threshold values are exceeded or not reached. The polling frequency of the sensor is adjustable between 0.1 seconds and several minutes, defining the battery life. For a measurement interval of 1 second, a battery life of approximately 10 years is calculated.
